Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using the 99laju platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 99laju platform. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
Each player is permitted to hold one 99laju account only. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements disclosed at the point of offer. Abuse of promotional terms — including multi-accounting or arbitrage — results in bonus cancellation and account review.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
Players may set deposit limits, time limits, or request self-exclusion at any time. 99laju will action responsible gaming requests immediately and without challenge.

By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 99laju reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and will suspend accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 99laju makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Players in Prohibited Jurisdictions are not eligible to register or maintain an Account. Any Account found to be operated from a Prohibited Jurisdiction will be closed, and any balance may be forfeited subject to applicable regulations.
Each individual Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Operating multiple accounts simultaneously — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any bonus balances, and potential recovery of any fraudulently obtained winnings.
Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identity card (MyKad) number or passport number, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. 99laju is not liable for any consequences arising from a Player providing false or inaccurate registration information.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, 99laju requires satisfactory completion of identity verification. Required documents include, without limitation:
99laju processes KYC documentation within the timeframes set out in our support guidelines. Submission of fraudulent, altered, or third-party identity documents will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Players are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information at all times. Any change in name, address, contact number, or banking details must be reported to 99laju support promptly. Failure to maintain accurate details may delay payment processing.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
99laju will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 99laju that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team. 99laju accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain appropriate account security.
Deposits may be made via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction, including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction. 99laju does not accept deposits from payment instruments not registered in the Player's own name.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. Where this is not possible, an alternative verified payment method in the Player's name will be used. Withdrawals are subject to:
99laju targets processing of withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for verified accounts during standard processing hours, subject to compliance checks. 99laju reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of required verification procedures.
All transactions on the 99laju Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Players are responsible for any foreign exchange fees charged by their bank or payment provider in connection with cross-currency transactions.
All bonus offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by 99laju are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual offers:
Bets placed on the 99laju Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant product (sportsbook, live casino, slots, etc.), as published on the Platform. The following general provisions apply to all bets:
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99laju Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of any balance:

All content on the 99laju Platform — including but not limited to software, games, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and data — is owned by or licensed to 99laju and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 99laju.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

99laju reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account and/or restrict access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice where:
Upon termination, any real-money Funds in the Player's account balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method, subject to completion of all applicable verification and compliance procedures. Bonus Funds are not returned upon account termination for breach.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Player and 99laju's customer support team may be referred to arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as 99laju may designate from time to time. Players who remain dissatisfied following 99laju's internal complaints procedure may seek further recourse through their applicable consumer protection body.
99laju reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 99laju will provide notice via email to registered Players and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Continued access to or use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
